  Impact 100 Chicago's Greater Chicago Chapter and City Chapter  will each give away a $100,000 grant award this year.  All Impact 100 Chicago members will receive a detailed Executive Summary about each of the finalist organizations in their Chapter and the proposed project.

Proudly announces the formation of the
 City Chapter

Founders Allison Bacon and Georgy Ann Peluchiwski recruited members from the city of Chicago to form a new chapter of Impact 100 Chicago. They have successfully reached their membership goal and will award a $100,000 grant to a deserving non-profit in June of 2013!  

The existing membership base of Impact 100 Chicago will now be called the Greater Chicago Chapter and exist exactly as it did before. However, members will now have the choice to join either chapter.

Chapters allow members of Impact 100 Chicago to enjoy the experience of participating on committees and attending events that are closer to where they live or work.

Upcoming Events

Focus groups in both the City Chapter and Greater Chicago Chapter are concluding their meetings and visits with nonprofit organizations.  By the middle of May the finalists will be announced!  Stay tuned!

Grant Award Celebration 

Impact 100 Chicago’s Mission is to award membership funded transformational grants to local nonprofit organizations while empowering women to improve lives through philanthropy.    

How It Works

• A minimum of 100 women join as members each making a tax-deductible donation of $1000.

• Together we pool our funds to award $100,000 grants to nonprofit organizations in the Chicagoland area. Learn more

What We Value

• Ensuring that 100% of membership dollars donated goes directly to fund the awarded grant.

• Awarding high impact grants.

• Funding in five focus areas: Family, Education, Health & Wellness, Environment, and Arts & Culture.

• Providing ways for our members to gain first hand knowledge of the nonprofits in our community.

Non Profit Organizations

• Letters of Inquiry are due by 12/14/2012 from eligible nonprofit organizations.
• Grant review committees select one finalist from each of the five Focus Areas.
• Finalist organizations present their grant request to Impact 100 Chicago members at the Annual Grant Award Celebration in June.
• Members vote to decide the grant recipient(s).  Learn more
